Q. How do I make an order?
A. The best way is to directly contact James through email or phone. Be prepared to
explain exactly what you want and provide a picture or drawing if you are able.
For spur orders, please specify:
1. boot size
2. spur band width
3. shank style and length (you can refer to a picture on our website or provide a drawing of your own)
4. rowel preference
5. brand or design you want on the band and shank. Do you want copper, silver, or brass?
Q. Is a deposit required?
A. Yes, a 50% deposit is required before we start any custom order.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Visa and MasterCard payments. We can also take payments through PayPal (send to jameswilliamreed@gmail.com),
personal checks, or money orders (made payable to Reed's Blacksmith Shop). We will provide you with a receipt.
Q. Is my deposit refundable?
A. Yes, only if we have NOT yet started on your project.
Q. Do you prices include shipping?
A. No, our prices do not include shipping or crating fees. These fees will be added to your final total.
Q. How will my order be shipped?
A. Shipping method depends on the product. Smaller items like spurs will be shipped regular ground mail. Larger items such as benches or gates will be crated and shipped through a freight company. We can give you an estimate on larger items when the item is finished and crated.
